JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Liaise with the creative team to execute the creative contents.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily or campaign-related contents/activities based on plans from the creative team. 
• Responsible for copywriting social media, email marketing, invitation and other related content.
• Engage with the all online communities and respond to comments, questions and requests/queries in a timely manner and monitor customer/clients reviews.
• Own KPIs to grow, engage our influencers community and social media accounts
• Support the Creative Team to execute the campaign with sourcing, evaluating, and building relationships with new influencers/agencies/talents/media  and retain existing ones. 
• Communicate to all stakeholders including senior management at all regions. 
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. 
• Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments. 
• Communicate and liaise with all internal teams and do report the social media/contents traffic and relevant community metrics to the Content & Community Manager.
• Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within reasonable scope.
