Home Sales Director

Hashmeta is looking for an experienced, versatile, curious, charismatic, tenacious, outcome focused sales professional to lead digital marketing and advertising services sales.

The right candidate will be passionate about media and consumer digital products and have a proven track record of delivering dynamic brand-focused marketing and advertising solutions for top brands across Southeast Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients of MNC brands
Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain consistent sales activity quarter over quarter
Acquire long-term contracts with enterprise customers or government agency
Establish and build new business relationships to influence them towards Hashmeta’s marketing solutions.
Leverage existing contacts and accounts through the development and execution of digital marketing strategy plan.
Assist in planning and executing the industry event strategies. Attend and present at industry events.
Understand digital business objectives and to effectively communicate Hashmeta’s value proposition to customers
Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for clients and to grow/renew business
Mentor and lead other, more junior sales executives

REQUIREMENTS

5-7 years of experience in SaaS or online media industry selling to large international and national brands
Experience leading a team
Experience selling creative products into marketing, content, or similar department/function
Solid track record of over-achieving your sales targets
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing and advertising.
Natural networker with strong industry relationships within the space. You build genuine long-term relationships
Understanding of start-up culture – high-speed, data-driven, live, ever-changing
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to relate to and build authentic relationships with clients and partners
Ability to be fully ramped and achieve new business targets without much supervision
Existing brand-direct relationships within tech, healthcare, education, finance or automotive preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team
Good writing and negotiation skills in English. Additional languages a plus
