What will I do at Hashmeta?

• This position will be in charge of community management for StarNgage – a global influencer marketplace – as well as customer service/daily operations for a newly launched group buy platform ShopperCliq. The working environment is fast-paced and involves cross-collaboration across teams, which will provide you with lots of learning opportunities.
• We are looking for someone who is able to manage professional relationships with different stakeholders. It’s important that you have deep product knowledge and are familiar with how both platforms work, so as to provide assistance to the end users.

• You will work closely with the Senior Community Manager to assist with daily tasks that include the following:
  • To communicate and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients
  • To prepare and maintain influencer lists based on clients’ requirements
  • To communicate and maintain relationships with influencers
  • To follow up on enquiries/complaints of current/prospective clients in a timely manner
  • To assist with daily packing lists and managing of logistics budget
  • To liaise with the different parties (buyers/suppliers/internal team) to ensure smooth logistical operations
  • To follow up on customer service enquiries/complaints of current users in a timely manner
  • Understand user needs and convey constructive feedbacks to management
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management
