Singapore, 30 September 2019 – After acquiring the highly successful and fast-growing ShopperBoard fashion app, digital marketing agency Hashmeta Pte Ltd has formed a business unit to focus on influencer e-commerce.
The ShopperBoard Influencer Program is the result of the strategic merger between ShopperBoard and StarNgage, Hashmeta’s influencer marketing marketplace with a community of 1.5 million active influencers.
The Shopperboard Influencer Program allows influencers to have their own page on ShopperBoard with an exclusive vanity URL to showcase the products they recommend to their followers.
“We are making it easier for the followers to shop the looks from their favourite influencers while enabling the influencers to earn money on qualifying purchases,” said Terrence, Founder and CEO of Hashmeta.
“With the rise of influencer marketing and shoppable creator posts on Instagram, we’re seeing brands leveraging on influential content creators to create awareness and validation for their products and services.”
Through the ShopperBoard Influencer Program, Hashmeta hopes to shake up the way influencers work with brands and vice versa.
Fashion and beauty influencers are encouraged to participate in this program. Besides having a strong social media presence, the program will look at the number of followers, quality of posts and other engagement metrics before shortlisting eligible influencers.
