    The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is a government-subvented body tasked to market and promote Hong Kong as a travel destination worldwide and to enhance visitors’ experience once they arrive.

    The Challenge

    Hong Kong Tourism Board needed to increase engagement with Southeast Asia tourists, particularly Malaysian Tourists and showcase Hong Kong’s attractions through an innovative, personalised approach at their Sunway Resort, Kuala Lumpur launch event.
