Driving App Downloads for Municipal Services Office’s OneService App
The Client
The Municipal Services Office (MSO), under Singapore’s Ministry of National Development, operates the OneService App – a one-stop platform enabling citizens to report municipal issues without needing to identify the correct government agency or town council to contact.
The Challenges
MSO needed to increase downloads of their OneService App while educating citizens about its features and benefits. The app allows residents to:
- Report municipal issues in their estate
- Receive alerts from agencies
- Book facilities
- Access other municipal services

We developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that leveraged both online and offline channels to drive app downloads and engagement. The campaign was built around the overarching theme of “Love Our ‘Hood” and integrated with MSO’s monthly content themes.
